Our office staff truly want every patient to have the best chiropractic experience. From the moment you walk in our door we want you to feel welcome and excited to begin your chiropractic journey! Our doctors will do a consultation, thorough examination, report of findings, and answer any questions you have prior to treatment. We perform different styles of treatment with our hands and with instruments (Activator) to ensure each patient has the best outcome. Our doctors also can perform a very specific soft-tissue technique which specializes in muscle and nerve treatment in the spine and extremities. They have found that this treatment in conjunction with the adjustments help their patients get better in less time. The muscle and nerve technique allows them to treat soft tissue problems such as sciatica, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, shin splints, carpal tunnel, tendinitis, muscle spasms, migraines/headaches, and much more with great success. They also work with children and babies, and can help with colic, insomnia, bed wetting, spitting up, and constipation. Chiropractic can also help pregnancies be more enjoyable and less painful.     My name is Kelsie Hansen. I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and moved to Iowa for college in 2013. I attended GrandView University to play soccer and get my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotions. I then went on to get my masters in Athletic Training. While at Grandview I met my husband Tyler, and we now live here in Ankeny. We enjoy coaching youth soccer, playing with our dog Harley, and spending time with family. I enjoy working here because I get to form relationships with all of our patients and see how chiropractic makes a difference in each of their lives for the better. Our office is like one big family, so it makes the work atmosphere very enjoyable.

    I am a naive of New Jersey and have lived all around the country and I love to call Iowa home! I have always been a passionate advocate of chiropractic care for myself and family; even while working as a nurse in the past caring for others, I've always felt there is no replacement for preventative health and wellness. I live with my husband Tom, our Yorkie and 5 pet bunnies in Ankeny. I enjoy nature hikes, sewing, crafts, cooking (with a special interest in nutrition) and spending time with our grown adult children. Working at Bloyer Chiropractic and Wellness is a joy! The doctors and staff are great, caring individuals who are committed to providing the very best care and customer service in a friendly, relaxed and professional environment.

    Bobbi lives in Des Moines with her husband of 26 years, Rod, who has worked at AE Dairy for 34 years. Together, they have three adult children, Sidniann, Rodney, and Quade. Sidniann is graduating from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in May and will be starting pediatric residency as Dr. Rummans this July. She is married to Chris, who works at Welgaard CPA and Advisors. Rodney is graduating with his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling this summer. Quade is a foreman for Skold Companies in Des Moines. He lives with his girlfriend Salena. Bobbi enjoys baking and cooking, exercise, and spending time with her family. She also has three grand-dogs, Helix, Therman, and Remi. Bobbi is looking forward to welcoming you at Bloyer Chiropractic!
