Kevin Pham

Kevin is a Property and Casualty Agent with five years of experience in the Insurance industry. He is passionate about helping people find the right coverage and building strong, lasting relationships with customers. He studied Business Administration at Ankeny DMACC and is proud to represent Allstate in his hometown of Des Moines. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys staying active through fitness, playing video games, and watching basketball. He's a big fan of Duke and the Boston Celtics. He also enjoys relaxing at home with his two cats, Theo and Goku.

Deb Van Dusseldorp

Deb is a lifelong Des Moines native and graduated from East High School. She moved to Ankeny in 1993, and has witnessed firsthand, the rapid growth within our community! Deb's career has included working at a local insurance company for 42 years before retirement. Since retiring, she just couldn't get away from what she loves to do - assisting thousands of Insureds to help facilitate their Personal & Commercial Claims. In her spare time, her hobbies include watching WNBA & football games, along with visiting her daughter in Kansas City while trying new and exciting restaurants. We couldn't be happier to have her join our Team, as we can continue keeping wonderful families in Good Hands!

Hunter Berryhill

Hunter is a graduate of Central College (Go Dutch) and loves sports when he is not involved in his local community. Originally from Indianola as an aspiring Grill Master, he loves to cheer on his Patriots, Yankees, and Hawkeyes - Go Hawks, as long as he can prepare the spread for family & friends! After graduating, Hunter came to us with an interest in Insurance and "how it works". Since 2019, he has grown into one of the best Agents we have on our Team. He takes great pride in helping our families who have questions and want to know more about their coverage and how it can help protect them. We cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work in helping protect our Allstate families from Mayhem.

She just graduated from Iowa State with two degrees in Marketing and Management. She is excited to start her marketing career here representing Allstate! Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going for walks, pottery painting, and Pilates.

Rebecca has worked in Insurance for many years in various capacities. We were very excited to have someone with experience join our team, in 2019. Out of the Agency Becky loves to relax with diamond painting, making memories with her three granddaughters and most recently her great grandson! Her and her husband Joe, of 38+ years love to travel when their time allows!
