Highly recommend!
When we signed up for lawn service we were told we could call any time we had questions or needed further service. It's true! And the TruGreen specialists are professional, helpful, friendly and experts when it comes to solving our lawn and insect problems. Highly recommend!

Very professional
Very professional, polite and timely. Because of a well-planned schedule, I don't have to be home for them to do their work. If I am home, they will talk to me personally about what they have done that day and whether I have any questions or requests. I have seen improvement in my lawn since I have been using TruGreen.

Always excellent.
Always excellent. Schedule and installer is on time. The application is professional and never misses an inch of yard. A caution sign is always posted. I've enjoyed visiting briefly with the technician--all friendly and knowledge. Very Professional.

Thick and green.
My grass has never been so thick and green. I love the service even though sometimes there are too many weeds intertwined with the grass.I have had many comments about how nice my lawn looks not only from relatives but from neighbors too.

Will get a phone call
Will get a phone call a day or two before they will do the service. Once completed, a slip with what was performed is left on door and can see what is done that day. If personnel need to get inside yard through a gate, they'll close gate once finished too.

very impressive

Always arrived on time. Made a concerted effort to cover the whole yard, not spotty treatment. The treatment has worked better than anything I have used in the past several years in trying to control Creeping Charlie. I finally see some real progress.

There is a bit of inconsistency
There is a bit of inconsistency among the service personnel. The young man who aerated my lawn was excellent while the last fertilizer applicator did not even say hello. It appears at times that the company puts more emphasis on additional sales such as shrub care then on the lawns. I was not pleased with the weed control for the past year.

Good experience, they always called ahead of time, and came when they said they were going to be there. I had an issue with some weed control, and they promptly came (at NO CHARGE), and reapplied it to the yard. Good company! Very easy to look at your account online.

My lawn looks completely different
My lawn looks completely different than it did last summer. Much healthier and I love not seeing dandelions! You always know when they’re coming with the courtesy call and you know when they’ve been there because of the signs in the yard and the detailed receipt they leave.
